Warm friendly welcome - comfortable bed - clean . Spacious - well stocked with cooking implements and crockery. Good WiFi. Good location for central Guildford . Quiet. Accurate information given in listing and pictures do not do it justice

No parking but owners are helpful with guiding to nearby car parks.

The flat is spacious and in quiet area. TV and wifi are good. Kitchen is equipped with all tools for cooking. owners are polite and offered their support.

Solow response to my messages especially on the arrival day. On my first day, the toilet was not cleaned, the trash bin was full of garbage and there were wet towels inside. Breakfast means you have basic items like bread, jam and cereals and you help you self.

Nice and welcoming owners. The room is fully equipped with food, fridge, and toiletries. The bed is very comfortable
