"An excellent B&B, closely situated to Guildford centre makes it a perfect base for a short break"

Gina was so friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom located within the wardrobe was amazing! The fresh milk and orange juice were a lovely touch and there were many options for breakfast including toast, croissants, cheese and yoghurt.

The room was a little on the small side however for a two night stay it was not an issue for us

We could not accesss the property at the agreed check-in time. On arrival we were unable to make contact by phone or using 2 x door bells. We could see into the property there were lights on and the whole place was completely chaotic unpleasant in a messy way.

The hosts were really nice and the photographs of the room did not do it justice. Best night's sleep I had in ages and I am a poor sleeper. The breakfast in the room was ideal, with the hosts leaving a fresh loaf of bread, milk and orange juice in the fridge, together with cereals. I had stayed in the Mandolay Hotel previously where 'I couldn't swing a cat' in the room and no breakfast, for a lot more money! I was directed to a safe, free, parking area close by, which was great. Walking into town was about 8 minutes downhill, but coming up Bright Hill is quite steep, so a little bit longer. Providing my mate, who lives in Guildford doesn't decide to move, wouldn't look elsewhere for accomodation. Thanks to Gina and John, the hosts.

Great place to stay. The photos don't do this accommodation any favours. This place is very comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming, and the breakfast is very good. This place is more than a bed and breakfast.

My room was very clean, towels and bedding smelt very fresh. The room had everything needed to make my stay very comfortable, TV, kettle and toaster. The orange juice, milk and breakfast box was perfect! I am already looking forward to staying again! I will be sure to recommend Addison B&B to others.

Warm and friendly welcome Very comfortable and warm room Excellent breakfast provisions Generous sized and lovely smelling towels Very fragrant shower gel. Everything provided was of excellent quality
