"Flat a bit run down but warm and comfortable for a nights stay."

The flat was warm, beds were really comfy, very helpful owners and even made us a packed lunch for free!

We stayed in a separate flat that seemed a bit run down and in the middle of renovation. Just needed a bit more attention to detail.

Lovely little room. Got all the things you need for a one night stay. 8 min walk to the shops

The parking is the downside of it. But if you don't mind walking from some free street car parking

It's just a lovely room. I was no expecting for it to be packed with breakfast provisions. This is how one hopes a B&B will be, but they rarely are. I booked it for the Guildford Fringe. It's another reason ill be doing the doing the Fringe again next year.
