"Superb"

The staff was very friendly, especially the owners Mr. Pady. The location is close to the bus and train station, but still very peaceful and quiet.

Hikkaduwa's best beaches are bit more south from this location

the best place to stay in Hikkaduwa! we arrived late night before our stay began and the host let us in our room without even taking payment first! the property is always in contact with you before and during your stay. the room is spacious, clean, they have really good air conditioning and beautiful garden. quiet and peaceful place near the less crowded part of Hikkaduwa beach. Placed right near the bus station and away from the crowd and noise. definitely recommend!
