"It was frustrating to get into the building and my room."

The location was good. It was close to the Old City. Thé bed was good and there were views from the windows.

It was very difficult to locate and access. The bathroom shower was small and didn’t look really clean.

short pleasant walk to the old city and very close to the tram station and bus stop. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable room, good facilities

No complaints. A small movable rug on the tiled bedroom floor would be welcome, (as the tiles are very cool underfoot, even when the room is warm). It could be an advantage to some, when the lift is fixed, even though it is only 1 floor up.
