הזמנו חדר דלוקס עם שתי מיטות יחיד וקיבלנו חדר עם מיטה זוגית שלא תאם לצרכים שלנו (אמא ובן). נאלצנו לעבור לחדר קטן יותר עם חדר רחצה מיניאטורי ולא הוצע לנו שום פיצוי על כך. היה צפוץ מאד ולא נוח ובטח שלא עונה על ההגדרה של חדר בוטיק. לא נכתב או נאמר מראש שהמקום לא נגיש ושיש צורך לעלות בהרבה מדרגות כדי להגיע לדירה.

I didn't get to stay.

I was given instruction from the owners by WhatsApp on how to enter the building. I was given three different passwords from the owners for the front door! None of the passwords worked. I sent WhatsApp messages to the owners to ask them for clarity but they repeated the same passwords none of which worked. They then send me a video on WhatsApp which was no help either. I couldn't speak to anybody at reception - there seemed to be nobody at reception. I called the number I was given on my mobile phone but couldn't speak to anybody. This all took 30 to 40 minutes and I was getting frustrated. The WhatsApp messages I was getting from the owners assured me that everybody else was able to enter using their passwords - the implication being that I was the problem. After about 40 minutes of this I decided to book another place to stay. I left the building and told them by Whatsapp that I would stay elsewhere. They didn't refund my money.

Ideal location for exploring all of Jerusalem: West and East, Old and New. We come to Jerusalem annually, and know the city well. FABULOUS LOCATION! Also great shared kitchen and living room with balcony.

1. Note many stairs. Not a problem if you have no issues with climbing. There was a non-working lift. 2. Bathroom was tiny and shower made the rest of the floor wet. Good to have more towels or a rag to help dry floor.

Gdyby nie tragiczna łazienka w pokoju numer 4 to wystawiłbym ocenę 8. Pościel OK, ręczniki OK. Super lokalizacja i bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Fajna sprawa to: kawa i herbata za darmo dostępna całą dobę. Sam pokój też wystarczający, nie przyjechaliśmy leżeć w pokoju tylko zwiedzać. Niemniej łazienka w pokoju numer 4 to dramat !!! Łazienka ma szerokość jednego metra i jakiś cudotwórca na pierwszym miejscu zaplanował prysznic otwarty na resztę łazienki. Po użyciu prysznica w całej, pozostałej części łazienki stoi kałuża wody i gdybyś np. chciał skorzystać z WC to idziesz po wodzie jak ... Zaglądałem do innych pokoi i mają normalną łazienkę, więc moja ocena dotyczy tylko pokoju numer 4. To co inni piszą o codziennym sprzątaniu to też nieprawda. Byliśmy dwie noce, nikt nam pokoju nie sprzątał.

Location is amazing, just minutes from the Old City walls. Walking distance to tram stops and bus station. It's on a quiet residential street. The staff speaks English and has great communication. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful

It didn't bother me, but some people with mobility issues might struggle with the stairs
