Location is fantastic

Due to a border closure, we could not arrive as planned. I only stayed one night out of three nights paid for. Instead of being able to check in on the 26/12 I ended up checking in on 28/12. I contacted the owner in advance to change my booking dates because Booking.com would not allow modifications. The owner agreed via WhatsApp, so I believed everything was settled. On 29 December at around 11:30 a.m., the owner knocked on my door saying he needed to fix something in the bathroom. When I explained that my husband was showering, he left upset but did not tell me that I was required to check out. Later that day, after I had already left the accommodation to explore the city, I received a message telling me I had to leave immediately because the booking dates “had not been changed”. I was then forced to book again for the same day, even though I maintained constant communication of our whereabouts with the owner, and: • the room was available for the owner to accept new bookings on the 26/12 and 27/12 • there were no other guests in the place, we were the only ones, the place was not “overbooked” • the owner lost nothing. Instead of treating the few tourists willing to come to Jerusalem considering the situation with fairness, the owner chose to charge twice. We have been travelling across the Middle East for over a month and this never happened to us anywhere else, where hosts chose good faith and decency to approach this type situations. On top of that, the facilities were poor: the kitchen is very limited, the fridge was unplugged, there room is to small for a double bed (room 7) and none of the hot water kettles worked. I would not recommend this place. Future guests should be extremely cautious regardless of what the owner says privately.

המקום קרוב לממילא וקרוב לשוק. היינו בקשר עם האחראי על הדירות שסידר לנו חדר אחד הגעה מוקדמת. ועשה הכל כדי שנהיה מרוצים. ראינו שאכפת לו מאוד.

ראשית המיקום נפלא נוף מדהים , מאוד קרוב לרכבת הקלה שנית - החדרים ; לקחנו שלושה כל אחד היה נקי ומדוגם שלישית - במרכז המתחם מטבחון קטן מצויד במתקן מים קרים וחמים , כוסות קפה סוכר ... רביעית - בעל המקום אדיב וכל כל נחמד !!!! היה לנו כיף אדיר תודה רבה רבה על האירוח יישר כוח 💪

מקום נעים, מיקום מעולה

החדר הוא מתחת לגג משופע ורובו בגובה שצריך להתכופף, מסביר את המחיר הנמוך יחסית

הבעלים של המקום תמיד זמינים וקשובים לצרכים של המתארחים במתחם הנופש. הייתה תקופה של כחודשיים שהמחירים באתר של Booking.com לא שיקפו את המדיניות של העסק. זאת הייתה תקלה פנימית של בית העסק, שתוקנה מיד כשהם עלו על הטעות. לאחר מכן ביצעתי הזמנה ושהיתי במתחם מספר לילות באותו שבוע. נהניתי מכל רגע...

הכל נהדר :) מחירים לכל כיס, גם ליחידים, לזוגות ולמשפחות. התיירות חוזרת לאט לאט וכיף לבוא לפה שוב ושוב. מקווה שהמצב רק ילך וישתפר כדי שהמקום ימשיך וישגשג.

חדר קטן, אך נקי ומאובזר. קרוב לכותל ולמרכז. שירות אדיב. מים חמים במקלחת. יש בלובי אפשרות להכין קפה ויש מקרר משותף. מומלץ מאוד אם רוצחם מקום לינה ללילה או שניים.

לקחתי חדר קצת קטן בעלית גג אל תקחו אותו שאר החדרים ניראים גדולים
