The staff is friendly and Nice and the food was good. Unfortunately, the property does not match the description or the expectations created by the photos and presentation on Booking. The gap between what is advertised and the reality is quite significant. The house feels unfinished and poorly maintained: paintwork, terrace wood, garden maintenance, decoration and even rust in several places. Several areas give the impression that maintenance has been neglected for some time. For a property positioned at this level, this is disappointing. The place clearly has potential, but in its current state it does not deliver the standard that is promised online.

Our evening meal, crab curry, grilled fish and all the side dishes were delicious and served with a touch of panache. Breakfast was delicious. Guam was an excellent host Owner of the property should value and cherish him. This also goes for the chef and other staff. This did not affect me but the WiFi was poor. My only regret? Wished I had stayed few days longer.

This has little importance to me but the WiFi was poor. My other party member were very disappointed.

Das Personal ist so herzlich und liebevoll, wir haben uns gefühlt wie König und Königin. Wir hatten die Unterkunft für uns Beide ganz allein und also den perfekten Service. Das Personal ist überragend!!!!!!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Küste und hat eine unfassbar tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr nett und der Service war sehr gut. Das Essen wurde immer frisch zubereitet und die Gerichte waren alle unfassbar lecker und die Menge war immer mehr als aussreichend.

Die Anlage wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen an einigen Stellen. Gerade im Aussenbereich merkt man, dass die Meeresluft der Struktur zu schaffen macht. Der Balkon lädt absolut nicht zum verweilen ein, da es nicht einmal eine Sitzmöglichkeit gibt (im allgemeinen Aufenthaltsbereich gibt es dafür aber ausreichend). Ausserdem sind alle Zimmer auf der oberen Etage durch den Balkon miteinander verbunden, was bei fremden Leuten im Zimmer neben an uns nicht so ganz gefallen hätte (da wir alleine in der Unterkunft waren, war das kein Problem)

Amazing and helpful staff, each person at the villa has been very polite and wanted to help. Also, the room was quite clean, the room was good for a weekend short stay. Based on reviews of other hotels, this property is way better and cleaner than most of the other hotels in the area. Also, there is a very good kitsurf school on site!!

The hotel is good, and they really do their best. However, I believe the price point could have been a bit lower for the type of property - maybe this is driven by the prime kitesurfing location...
