The 2 bed villa was beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds and linen. Towels were good quality. Private hot spring pool very clean and very hot. Larger pool was cooler. Views were relaxing and calming. The windows seat was amazing to relax and chill. Air-conditioning great. Breakfast fresh and lovely start to day

Both showers had bad spray heads but manager stated new ones ordered but not yet received

Bagia and Ayu made our stay so comforting and easy! They were fantastic in organising our breakfasts, activities and drivers. The room was extremely clean and we get regular water bottles to replenish us from the hot weather. Bagia also took us on a trek up to Mount Bature and organised an ATV activity at a good price in the Lava Fields! Thank you for giving us a once in a lifetime experience. We will never forget the lovely people at Lava Bali!

Nothing! We loved being around the staff and other guests as everyone was so lovely and accommodating.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and enjoyed all the aspects of it, especially a good size swimming hot springs pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, I’ve got requested custom omelette for breakfast and fresh orange juice. They also helped me with my tours and transportation. Thank you!

Great rooms with hot springs pool. Staff very helpful and kind

The flies but that is out of their control it’s the whole area problem. Maybe an inside area to eat breakfast might help. It felt very rushed because of the battle with flies!

The staff especially Bhagya was excellent. He explained everything really well, served us always with a smile and checked on us promptly. Great restaurant near by and plenty of stores to get your essential items
