Clean and central location to the train station and city of La spezia at your door. Elevator to the floor and Easy to follow check in instructions. I got my room cleaned mid-visit wich was a nice surprise. Perfect for 1-2people. I would recomend 🥰

It was a bit noisy between the rooms / from the entry door to the hallway bacause of the locking mecanism and the code-machines at the rooms where very loud and the doors thin. I was lucky with my neighbours and they did not make much noise. The internet did not work and the rainfall showerhead did not turn on. Would recomend the owner to get lightblocking curtains tough.

Sostituirei la ventola del bagno . Troppo rumorosa.

Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Camera piccolina ma non ci è mancato niente, siamo stati benissimo

L emplacement impeccable , proche de la gare et des commerces. Appartement propre et confortable avec même des fossettes de café pour le matin. L essentiel y était avec un sèche cheveux.
