Location was perfect. Very close to the train station and restaurants.

Amazing modern and stylish apartment on a central location in La Spezia. Ideal for going to the train station to visit Cinque Terre, or walking around the ahopping streets of La Spezia. The communication with the host was also very clear. 10/10 experience!

Location is good.

The host did not show up, not during check in and checkout. He asked us to communicate on WhatsApp and gave us door code. He appeared to be friendly at beginning. The biggest problem is no WiFi during our 3 day stay! We kept checking about the WiFi status everyday and on 2nd day he suddenly stopped responding! We were very helpless and reported to Booking customer service. After we left, the host complained that we should not report the problem to Booking, and instead he complained we had not paid the city tax. But we didn’t know, as he never mentioned about the tax during our stay! We felt threatened and very disappointed!

Nice and decently spacious apartment: easy access and a lift which helps. Great shower and comfortable. Very easy access to train station for Cinque Terre and lots of restaurants and bars around

The AC is on top of the bed and due to the condensation water falls on top of your face, so we had to sleep upside down The emergency exit light is always on, which makes it difficult to sleep We were 2 people and they only provided with 1 towel for the body but with 5 hand towels - pretty weird but we managed
