"Good stay at great location with its pitfalls"

- Location near the center and the train station - Cleanliness - Nice renovation of the building - Airconditioning - Self check-in - Responsive owner

- Lack of communication from the owner upfront (we had to get in contact to check-in instead of pro-active communication) - Noisy neighbourhood (inside and outside the building) causing a difficult night sleep - Quite a lot of light during the night (limited blinds and inside led lights)

"Great hotel close to Cinque Terre"

The rooms are very nice, modern and clean. Our room was very spacious with a big bathroom, comfortable beds and a very strong air conditioner (which was important during the hot summer). The location of the hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale where you can quickly take the train to the neighboring cities. Bars, markets and restaurants are all conveniently within short walk. The manager is very helpful with accommodation requests. Highly recommend this location.
