We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was beautiful and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. And the view from the terrace was simply amazing!

I like everything about this stay. If I could do it I will give 11/10. Luca is an amazing host from the start to the end. He went far beyond his duties helping me with a problem that, at the end was nothing. He spent time to help me after we left the property after the check out. For this I will be grateful forever! The room was big in size with one double bed and one single. Outside the room there was a terrace with the most beautiful view you could wish to have. The bathroom is spacious and plenty of towels ( for a change!). Breakfast was great with savoury and sweet choices.

The sense of being ‘away from it all’. It was detached from the business of Siena but close enough if you wanted to walk into the centre. Our hosts were exceptional. Always happy for a chat or to provide some advice. Breakfast on the terrace was a dream.

The driveway to enter the property is right on a two way narrow road. You need a bit of room to hook turn your car into the property. It’s a tight squeeze so don’t bring a big car if you aren’t confident with this type of thing.

The property has beautiful views though was a bit too far from the city for us. Luca was fantastic. Spoke great English, very very helpful and provided a great breakfast and coffee in the morning. Could not have done more for us.

We had a fantastic stay over the new year. Wonderful view and really friendly owners. My children loved the breakfast. It was a great base to visit the beautiful Abruzzo area, and we found the walk to Chieti finde.

What a wonderful property, view, host and breakfast. We wished we could have stayed longer.
