Mowies On The Beach

Our second time at Mowies. Situated on a great part of the island beautiful sunsets

We had the best few days at mowies, everything was amazing from the staff to the food to the location. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the hammock and lounge area was perfect for lazy mornings and afternoon naps. The chic pool area was beautiful and always clean and tidy. The beach was stunning and the outdoor dining area had everything we needed. Sunsets here are amazing!!! The staff really are a credit to mowies, nothing was ever too much for them, they were always happy and polite, they organised trips for us, bought breakfast to our room, arranged an electric scooter and they even helped us out getting back to the boat with all our suitcases on the scooter. Shout out to Ali, Adi, Gusti, Beibe and Bali who really made our stay that much better with their amazing service. We explored all of the island but we still found that Mowie’s had the best of everything. The best place to stay on Gili Air.

The location is great right on the beach and close to everything that you need on gili air. Room was spacious, clean and the shower was great. Overall very happy. Staff were lovely. Cocktails were great quality as well as the food

We were told at check in that the breakfast was 50,000rp if we wanted to get breakfast, so we did everyday. Then at checkout they told us it wasn’t the breakfasts that we ordered it was from a ‘special menu’ that they never told us about. So then we had to pay full price for all our breakfasts. More annoying than anything so make sure to order off the right menu!

One pf the most beautiful places in the island. Quiet, nice view, few steps from the sea:) We loved everything in this place: delicious food, friendly staff, cozy and nice vibe in the evening:)

The property is beachfront, which makes the whole experience even more special. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
