Il bagno era in comune , peró come da prenotazione.

Alessio was very kind, helped us with evey questions we had. Even more he is very generous gave us more than expected. The experience was super comfortable and nice.

We expected for a little bit richer breakfast, the breakfast included crackers bit of bread small amount off cheese and ham and basics drinks.

Alessio was a great host - very quick communicator on WhatsApp. We had a room on the top floor with sloping ceilings. Not an issue for us but tall people may end up hitting their heads a few times. That said, the room was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic, heating worked great (we visited in November) and the room was very spacious. The hot water in the shared bathroom shower took awhile to heat up but then worked great. Wifi was strong, though only within the property. Alessio gave great tips for restaurants nearby and breakfast was generous.

Turns out technically we are not meant to use the kitchen to cook! Heads up for anyone planning on cooking. The driveway up to the house is very steep but we had no issues in out little Lancia.

Everything was good. The owner is very helpfull.

Our one-night stay at this place was highly satisfactory. Alessio demonstrated exceptional kindness and availability, consistently showing a willingness to help. He prepared a delicious breakfast and warmly welcomed us late in the evening with some delightful Italian espresso coffees. The room was nice, equipped with air conditioning and all necessary amenities. We sincerely recommend this place.

Amazing and clean accommodation. Always attentive and smiling Alessio, who will fulfill almost everything he sees in your eyes. 🙂 Sweet or savory breakfast, coffee will be made by the host himself and he will chat with you.

That we had to leave... 😉
