I’m so happy that i have reserved especially this place to stay. Thank you for everything, next time i will probably rent a car to make my stay more comfortable and easier for myself. And for sure i’ll be back.

Everything was very clean. The ovner was friendly and nice. Breakfast encluded salami, too. Next time in Roma we will stay here again.

The property is a villa located above another with a very steep drive of about 50m up to it from the road. The drive up may be daunting for some. It then levels out to a large garden with plenty of parking space. The room itself is very large with beautiful antique furniture, though the owner told me this was the best room, the others have modern furniture. The bed is super comfortable with a thick memory foam mattress. The ensuite bathroom is modern and has everything you need, though for the size of room they could have fitted a larger shower, this one is a bit cramped. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, though the (kitchen) room is a little small.

A larger shower area would be optimal.

It was an incredible place to stay!! Absolutely beautiful!! There are an incredible views from the house and it was a lovely touch having the breakfast in the morning! The best thing about it was the host Alessio he was super helpful!! Even picked us up from the train station nearby and dropped us off free of charge just because he likes to help the guests!!! He had lovely stories to tell and spoke incredible English and was all around a great guy!! We will definitely recommend to our friends!!

Everything was amazing

Good choice at breakfast and excellent cake every day! Our host Alessio was extremely helpful and helped arrange things. Nice outdoor patio area. The accommodation we felt offered excellent value for money.

The ceiling height is restricted certainly in one first floor bedroom and the bathroom however you tend to get used to it. Going out would involve either a car or taxi as the road outside has no pavement so not suitable for walking on.
