Apartamentos Flamenco B&B

La posizione è buona per raggiungere in poco tempo centro e aeroporto. L'host Maribel si è dimostrata gentilissima e chiara nelle spiegazioni. Fermata della metro a pochi metri.

Non è un b&b. È un appartamento indipendente situato al 9° piano di un condominio in una zona soggetta a degrado. La colazione non è servita, ma bisogna prepararsela da soli. Gli impianti elettrici lasciano a desiderare, la ventola della camera da letto non funziona, la presa dell'aria condizionata si surriscaldava e abbiamo preferito tenerla spenta. Considerato che fuori c'erano 43°c questo è stato il vero disagio.

The property was so well kept and clean! Mirabel, who checked us in and upkeeps the apartment, is an angel. She is incredible at her job and very kind. The apartment is beautifully made to be very cozy and you can see just how much effort Mirabel puts in to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. The apartment is very close to the Metro which is just outside, you can get to the city centre in 10 minutes. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and in a quiet residential area. The apartment has lots of amenities and breakfast was great.

I can’t call a taxi because this area is not safe

Comfortable beds. Good washing facilities and toiletries. Very friendly staff.

Check out time was 10am. Very early to get up and washed and have breakfast and tidy up. Also check in after 15:00. So not anywhere near 24 hours for the one night booking.

Very good location - close to metro station

It was not clean... dirty dishes, drawers, a lot of small unnecessary objects (low quality decorations, kitchen equipment) - it's hard to keep it clean, so I reccomend to limit the quantitiy of them Double bed was not double - 2 small 1-person beds

The lady was very nice as she showed us the apt. They tried very hard to make the apt nice. The only metro line was very close, only minutes away.

The area was very sketchy, it was an area filled with low scale apt building. We had 4 locked doors to go through to get to apt. The area made us nervous. Found the apt damp and cool, only a couple of windows looking out a more apt buildings. Would not stay there again.
