Very clean, pretty apartment well kitted out with most things supplied by the owner. Close to the metro which is easy and cheap to use. A choice of places to eat within walking distance. Information on the local area supplied by the owner with maps etc. Nice outlook over the park Plenty of parking

No kettle, although there is a coffee maker and every other appliance you could need. We were a little confused when we arrived because we were looking for a hotel sign or obvious entrance of some kind but it is actually like an air b&b with a private owner. It would have been less stressful for us if we had arranged to meet in the cafe across the road, but it all worked out in the end and the owner is super freindly and helpful.

Location, Parking Service and snack drink food. Maribel gave us big welcome, guided me to parking area even when i arrived before planned arrival time. She was so nice. the comfortable room service made me love seville more.

No sitting room or any comfortable chairs 2. some kitchen cups dirty. 3. smells from bathroom 4.free parking was on waste land adjacent to building 5. apartment was on 9th floor of 10 story bloc but 2 lifts working when we visited. 6.neighbourhood was mix of local businesses and mostly social housing. However environment was clean and non-threatening 10. Difficult to find - we had to send message to Meribel who had to come and find us on road side. Entrance is round the back.

The flat was cozy and clean,with all the facilities included from shampoo till a proper breakfast.We felt very good and we have been welcomed by Isabel,a very nice and friendly person.Thanks for hosting us.

It was a little bit far away from center but the metro is 5-10 minutes away so you can reach it very easily.

Everything was great: the host Maribel is very nice and helpful, good location (even if it's far from the center, you have good public transportation connections). The apartment is situated in a quiet area, in a block of 10 floors and we found a lot of food always available, we never met another guests which is very good in my opinion. Absolutely nothing to complain.

A small disadvantage would be the fact that the hot water is supplied by a boiler/heater and at some point, cold water comes instead of the hot one if you use it for much longer time. For example, if me and my husband took the shower one after the other without a some minutes break, at some point the hot water runed out. The heater is quite small.
