Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. It was nostalgic, it was like stepping back in time to the B&B’s I have stayed in as a child and teenager. It was lovely and clean. The breakfast was very tasty and hot. Phyll was pleasant and offer plenty of information about the local area.

I tried to take a shower when we first arrived but the hot ran out after a few minutes. The springs in the mattress weren’t very comfortable. There was work being done on their septic system so the machinery was running out back (where our room was) from 7.30am. We have a small child at home and are up very early every morning, we were really looking forward to getting to sleep in a bit especially since breakfast wasn’t available for us until 9.30am.
