Friendly staff. Modern decor. Lovely breakfast.

Room at the top was very warm. Fan provided which helped, but still warm.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay felt very comfortable and relaxing. I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast superb. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Kate was very accommodating with parking for my motorbike. The location was perfect with a short but lovely walk along the seafront into the centre of Swanage.

The room was slightly smaller than expected, and having a lot of motorcycle clothing/ boots / bags / helmets etc, made it slightly challenging but this was a minor detail and has certainly not put us off staying again.

Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit einem hellen, modernen Bad, super Frühstück in einem hellen Wintergarten. Wenige Parkplätze vor dem Haus, aber ein großer Parkplatz nicht weit weg, für den es ein Permit gab, also kostenlos. In den Ort muss man circa zehn Minuten laufen.

Beautiful and stylish place Excellent breakfast Staff delightful 3 of us plantbased...Kate and Sian vent over backwards to accommodate us. Made the weekend hugely enjoyable thankyou
