The location is excellent. Kingsand and Cawsand are lovely villages in a great location.

We had booked bed and breakfast. We paid for this on arrival. Breakfast was served from 9am unfortunately we had an appointment at 9.15, 15 minutes away so were not able to have breakfast. There was no attempt to refund the cost of breakfast just a shrug of the shoulders. If you are going to POP don't book a breakfast!

Breakfast at 9am, ok if you're not in a rush to get anywhere.

First morning they forgot my breakfast until I asked waiting 45minutes I. didn't bother went and got breakfast elsewhere

"We feel the beautiful view , ambiance and warm welcome out weighed the negatives. in the village weighed the negatives."

View was fabulous although a pity the window was misted . Homely feel. Amenities very close . Good value for money .

Unfortunately the apartment needed some TLC The shower needed a better clean and bath water pressure very slow .
