The room was clean, with facilities all accessible with ease. The hotel was warm and welcoming. The thought that went into ensuring my stay was comfortable was brilliant. The dining room was stunning, with great buffet and exceptional cooked breakfast.

Decor seemed dated.

The hosts were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and there were lots of little individual touches (welcome snacks and a very well stocked tea tray with fresh coffee!). Value for money was excellent.

If I’m being picky… I like a strong shower and it was a bit weak.

"Excellent choice to stay in central Torquay. Modern, safe and welcoming."

I was solo female staying for 1 night. Modern, stylish bedroom. Very clean. Very comfy bed. The little tea stand was well equipped (moreso than your typical) with fruit teas, biscuits and fresh ground coffee which was so great! Shower was good hot power shower (not dribbly tepid sad shower) Great breakfast. Lovely new owners who were very welcoming and chatty. Safe area. I walked down to seafront for a restaurant dinner in 15 mins. Would stay again!
