"Safety Concern"

The location was perfect, at the centre of Malelane.

The room I stayed in had a broken aluminium window, which compromised my safety during the stay. I was not informed about this beforehand and only discovered it the following morning when I opened the windows. When I raised the matter, I was told that they were aware of the issue and that the guest house was safe, and that I should not worry about anything. I then had to sleep in the same room again the following night despite my concerns. I was very disappointed with the experience.

It was clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable. Just a bit of maintenance is required so that things remain in good condition.

Shower was clogged up, so water takes long to drain.
