Amazing hospitality

A rural idyll amidst the corn. Lovely accommodation , everything you need and more. Very well presented and full of practical touches that show how much Garda and Twan care. I particularly liked the bottle of local beer. The breakfast fare was delicious including the homemade bread,

The accommodations themselves were lovely - tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The property was not at all marked from the road! I drove back and forth multiple times before I noticed small numbers on the mailbox that matched the address. (To add to my confusion, there was another B&B a few doors up - not the right B&B.) When I entered the property, I saw a small sign, which was how I knew to drive around a building, (over a lawn, which didn't feel like it could be right). A sign at the entrance would have also been nice, since I wasn't sure I was in the right place. As I was figuring things out, I tried calling the number I had (no answer), and even ringing the doorbell of the house on the property (again, no answer). The rooms themselves were lovely, but the whole experience was really frustrating.

I liked how close it was to Matamata and the Hobbiton tour. The breakfast provided was delightful and the hosts were very kind and responsive to us contacting them.
