"Great choice for the Hobbiton area!!!"

We loved our stay here!! It was so clean & spacious! The bed was very comfortable. It was so convenient to have the shower & toilet in separate rooms so that both could be used at the same time. We so appreciated the food items available for breakfast (even if we didn’t have time to utilize all of them.)

Very quaint and comfortable B&B located on a farm. Had everything we needed including washing facilities and the owners provided breakfast items including eggs and wonderful homemade bread. For our requirements the location was perfect.

Beautiful self-contained cottage with everything you would want for a comfortable stay. Tastefully decorated, creating a lovely cosy feel. So wish we could have spent more time there to truly enjoy the gorgeous cottage. Thank you Twan and Greta for sharing your beautiful accommodation.
