Everything. Its clean, comfortable and easy to book in. Beautiful venue. Quiet and peaceful. We went out to dinner Peter and I and my 93year old mother told us she didn't want to go anywhere she just wanted to stay home watching TV and being comfortable on the sofa. Thank you.

Everything was great nothing we didnt like.

Wonderfully appointed and located, this accommodation was AMAZING. It’s minutes away from Hobbiton and a short drive from downtown Matamata. The beds were comfortable and there is so much space! The kitchen was stocked — including eggs from their chickens, everything worked well and you didn’t want for anything. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the sweetest cats and dog.

No complaints. It was ideal and idyllic.

Just down the road from Hobbiton. They'll even drive you there for the evening banquet. Great accommodations. Nice brekkie eggs, juice, breads and cereals. Friendly cats and dog on the property

So close to hobbiton. Huge place. Comfy beds. Incredible spread for us to make breakfast. Very friendly host.

Two tiny things. All pillows were quite stiff. Requiring me to use my down coat. And the fun activity of a coloring book would be so much better with better pencils.

Breakfast ingredients were very pleasant and plentiful. We were given a thorough orientation of the property and assistance when needed it. Location was great for an early journey to Hobbiton. Thanks Anne
