The hosts were so lovely and the stay was clean, cosy and had a wonderful farm vibe. Quite relaxing sitting by the fire over looking rolling hills and farm life.

This place is fantastic. Heaps of room, very comfortable, great kitchen and a gorgeous breakfast supplied. The location was perfect, just up the road from Hobbiton.
