The apartment is very good and confortable, located in the historic center and close to the main attractions. The hospitality of the host, Arnaldo, was excepcional, he is very kind and helpful.

- the apartment is located in the old town, but it is facing the inner street, so there is no noise at all - the apartment is spacious, in addition to the double bed there was also a comfortable sofa bed - it is possible to make the rooms completely dark for sleeping - the apartment had everything one needs for a short stay, felt like at home - the apartment has two small balconies facing the neighbouring buildings - lovely rooftop terrace - the building has just been renovated, so the overall setup is beautiful - the hosts are really kind, check in went perfectly fine despite last minute booking

- water in the shower basin was not flowing down well - the sink handle had some issues, not so straightforward to close the water flow - no lift

Arnaldo and his beautiful and lovely wife are so friendly and helpful people.The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and very good located. All of the windows have interior view to the patio. One of the best accommodation in Monopoli I really recommend it!👍Next time we’ll choose this again👌

Great host and contact. Sweet and delicious surprises were waiting for us to welcome us and not only sweet ones 🥰 The apartment was beautiful, clean, equipped with everything we needed.

The whole flat was very nice, cosy and clean. Had everything you need. Very comfortable matrace, extra pillows as well. The owners were very nice couple, have us tour in the apartment which is small but it was sweet. Great location in the old town. No noise from the streets as our windows were towards the inner area. Breakfast is done via voucher for hot bevarage, juice and croisant in near by caffee.

The hosts were wonderful and very helpful and kind. We asked if possible to have omelette instead of pastry. She made us the best omelette, complimentary, water & cakes in fridge... lovely people. Could location in the old town yet quiet.

There was no elevator n lots of steps however the elevator was under construction and is probably operational by now.

The space was great - well furnished and had everything we needed. It was right in the centre which was fantastic for going for breakfast and dinner.

Would recommend parking in the paid parking lots or avoiding peak times to arrive and park - the parking around the main square is very hectic at night.

The rooms were very spacious and the hosts were very pleasant to deal with. Communication was excellent and our hosts were keen to make us feel welcome. The location was superb with great restaurants nearby.

Shower head tended to droop but was functional.

The owners ( Arnaldo and his wife) welcomed us with some drinks in the fridge and delicious biscuits. They also helped us with whatever we needed. The B&B is in the center and close to nice restaurants, the room was large, clean and plenty of details We will definitely return!
