B&B Ninedda

Friendly hosts who gave us a warm welcome, so that we immediately felt at home. They were apologetic about the ongoing building works which had been delayed and provided some welcoming treats to compensate. Ideal location on a lovely street in the hub of the old town, yet only a short walk from the station. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, very clean.

We hadn’t realised when booking that the building is being renovated. There was scaffolding against all our windows so no view.

Very comfortable and clean near to the center and beaches. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was also very good in the cafe near to the accomodation. This apartment was one of our best choices, so we absolutely recommend it.

I originally booked this accommodation for the cute balcony views. I wish they told us that the staircase and lower ground was being renovated! Other than that, very happy with B&B Ninedda

The house is a spacious one including amenities that one would need. The host offered a fridge including beverages plus a bottle of wine that were included to the price. Due to the construction going on in the building, they also bought me some pastries. Very nice of them.

The communication was only in Italian, it is a bit challenging but still owners were super nice people. The stairs to the flat are a bit steep so may not be suitable for old people or people having issues with their knees and also big suitcase might be an issue as there is no elevator. These were not an issue for me but wanted to provide information to the potential guests of this flat. Nothing to complain on my side!

We loved the B&B Ninedda. Starting with the staff, our host was absolutely nice and friendly. The apartment itself was awesome, very spacious, the bed was extraordinarily comfortable, and everything was 100% clean and tidy. The location is perfect as well, with many restaurants around but very quiet during the nights, we were able to have proper rest. In summary, I would give this place an 11 out of 10!

Super well equipped beautiful apartment.

It was one of the best B&Bs we've stayed in during our many trips to Italy. The location is great, right in the centre of Monopoli. Despite being super central, it's extremely quiet since it faces an inner courtyard. The whole place is very comfortable with a nice couch to sit and relax, enough space for two people, and one of the comfiest bed and pillows we've slept on. The hosts really care about the place (they live next to it, so there's an extra care associated with that) and they're also very friendly - they leave a fridge with some goodies for your and even gave us a little gift since the building was under construction. The breakfast at Café Napoli is quite good, and only 2 minutes away. Lastly, everything was extremely clean.

Only one thing, the water pressure in the shower is too weak. However, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The location is good, right in the center. Very kind and lovely host. The room is cozy and clean and big. Thank you! Although the hotel was undergoing some renovations at the moment, the host was very caring and it did not disturb our stay at all. The host was really kind and helpful and concerned about our well being. There were cakes and drinks in the cupboard for the reception. Thank you! I recommend visiting Monopoli and staying at this place right in the old town. The railway station is also not far away, you can successfully make trips to other cities. Breakfast was in the adjacent cafe, where our special requests were taken into account.
