Frank and Sandra are exceptionally welcoming. The meals and beautiful property as well as their kindness will bring us back next year!

We were warmly welcomed by Frank, Shadow, and Sammy as soon as we arrived. We met Sandra soon after and loved our time with everyone. The Bear Cave was perfect - plenty of space, very comfortable, and stocked with candy and chips. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and our dinner was spectacular. Frank and Sandra made us feel at home the entire stay and gave us the best suggestions for hiking and activities in Black Canyon, Telluride, and Ouray. We will absolutely return with friends and family.

Location was gorgeous, had a big beautiful deck for lounging and breakfast with amazing mountain views. Our host Frank and his wife Sandra were the ultimate hosts, anticipating every need and going beyond for us. They even upgraded our room due to an injury I had, thinking ahead that a different room might be more comfortable for me. We wanted for nothing and enjoyed every minute getting to know Frank a bit. I wish we'd booked longer and will be back!

Absolutely nothing, it was probably our best B&B experience we've ever had.

Hosts were awesome! Very welcoming , friendly , attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was well presented and delicious. Best cappuccino!
