No elevator, no hot water, open bathroom in the bedroom/livingroom, not able to reach by car, the fridge wasn’t refilled every day,

Very beautiful B&B Great location to go the outlet (walking distance) but also to discover the city center. Breakfast was really good as well.

The B&B was wonderful, located in the city center, tastefully furnished and very spacious. We loved the B&B and I would recommend it to everyone. We had a lovely stay and the host's were most accommodating and very nice. Whenever I visit Roermond I would consider staying in this B&B again, it is a most refreshing change from a normal hotel and very reasonably priced for such a great place.

The only three minor quibs I could bring up are, the room we had was facing the street and it was not soundproof very well, the bed was very soft, if you like this, you are in heaven, if you don't, you may be better of picking an other place and lastly, the booking.com site said things like, this place has a pool with a view and there was no pool. But I still would recommend this B&B to everyone who can overlook these tiny quibs.

The decor was amazing, the attention go detail was just out of this world. Warm welcome given by Carl. The location was great, smack bang in the middle of Roermond. Very spacious room. Close to the outlets.
