Very good instructions how to check in with the app to unlock front door and room doors. Very warm welcome by the hosts. Located in the main street of Roermond, close to the main shopping centres and restaurants. Very clean and stylish rooms. We appreciated the chat with the owner about the location history and recommendations on good and less good restaurants in walking distance.

The main room is super nice, but on Friday and Saturday night, you might hear some noise from people in the main street. The owner will take some countermeasures and install new windows. But it's not a major issue. The rooms are fantastic.

Very well located, nice design, very authentic house, free coffee and pastries

For those who like to enjoy ONE cigarette you have to go on the street which is not convenient early in the morning wearing pyjamas. Room smaller than what it looked like on the pics. I had to find a quick fix for the cable TV receiver hidden behind the TV screen hindering the signal of the remote control. But never mind we were not there to watch TV ;-)
