Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber Empfangen. Das Studio war sehr schön gestaltet und und es war unglaublich ruhig, obwohl man mitten in der Stadt war.

No Facilities at all, no lift, price dosent match

Hotel is a fantastic place. With no doubt, it has an exceptional concept, and it is relatively clean. However, behavioural manner should be fixed urgently.

When booking the hotel, we wanted to have breakfast. As we search through Booking.com, we could not find any purchase option. We went through the comments and read the feedbacks indicating the breakfast satisfaction. As the hotel is called “Bed and Breakfast”, and since everybody is complementing a “breakfast” session, we thought that somehow there will be a breakfast. When we visited the kitchen, we realized there are some materials to prepare food such as eggs, cheese and etc. As there is no one sitting at the reception constantly, we could not ask anyone either, and therefore thought that the materials are there for us to prepare ourselves a self-service breakfast. Therefore, the next morning we were preparing some bread with cheese. Suddenly a person whom I am assuming the owner of the hotel, saw us preparing and said “No those are not for you!” in a super rude way. I was so shocked, and tried to offer to pay how much ever it costs, and yet the gentleman kept explaining “These are for those who paid for the breakfast, I need to prepare this for those who paid for it etc.” Although we tried to explain him that there is no such an option to do it online and this led us to a misunderstanding, as a 31 year old person, I have never felt this embrassed for eating something, which we directly put back and did not even touch a bit in the end. We stayed for one more night, I did not even drink the coffee they offer.
