Good price - clean and comfortable room

Would suggest to allow to drop off luggage before check in A bit of a walk to the historical part

Welcoming and helpful host. Location was right in the middle of the archeological park, museums and Santa Lucia. Clean, comfortable. Great price.

Ylenia was very helpful, making sure everything was ok and when an issue came up, she intervened straight away. The location was quiet, not far from the Neapolis Archaeological Park. You could walk easily there, as well as to the train station and Ortigia. However, there were buses, too. There is a good Osteria almost next door, too.

Room was conformable and air conditioned. Kettle in the room is a plus. I never went through completely "contactless" check in and I was surprised how good it went, fast and easy. Host is very communicative :)

Shower need some better cleaning

Close to the city center, clean

The living room with the kitchen was closed by keys, The owner said sorry but you cannot use it because people from other room in the apartment paid more for private kitchen. Sorry but there was no glass for water or stuff for preparing breakfast. Asked for it but the owner replied to go to the shop and buy it! Very poor behaviour... I paid for something that I didn't get. Bad experience. Nothing else.

Far from Ortiga centre but if you like to walk it is no problem

The staff was very nice and even allowed me to check in early. It was very easy to get to the center from the property, only a 20 minute (mostly) direct walk.

Some areas of the room could have been cleaner, in particular the bathroom. It would also have been great to have a shelf in the shower, to put shampoo and conditioner on.
