"Just what I needed, a lovely relaxing break by the sea, all my needs well catered for."

Marvellous breakfast! Great location, not far from the sea front. Carl and his Dad treated me like one of the family, nothing was too much trouble.

I have no complaints!

"Excellent value for money with an excellent host."

The room was on the ground floor. The beds were really comfy and the room was warm. Carl was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. The shower was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good .Excellent value for money.

Other guests laughing and shouting outside our room door before breakfast was ready.

Carl the owner was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, the food was great and Carl was very accommodating for other guests who wanted something different from the full English on offer.

Nothing to dislike about this place, everything was great

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean. The location was perfect for us, really close to the beach and the lake but quieter than the busy areas of skegness.

Unfortunately the bathroom was very small and both the temperature and preasure of the shower fluctuated.
