Beds and rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly

Whitout even asking me but only informing me, they moved me to another room because of another reservation. With no previous notice, they started drilling on the outside wall of the room while I was sleeping in the morning. After complaining they apologised and kept drilling, inviting me to go to the pool area.

I never stay at Kate's nest the room wasn't what it was show on booking.com I have ask for refund but nothing no help.I will never us booking.com again because I have been put on the street no place to go and my money was taken.

Everything was so clean, quiet place, really nice.

The staff was friendly except when I was going out into the city with a friend, I asked the gentleman at the reception how I would get in when I arrived, he told me to just ring the bell... But when I arrived and rang for half an hour, no one opened the door, I waited alone in the dark until he finally came because he heard the sound of the gate that I almost broke down, he came and said that the bell wasn't working and that he hadn't heard anything like that... He must have fallen asleep and doesn't want to admit it, but okay. Traumatic experience. Announce when you're leaving and when you're coming so you don't have to wait on the street like I did.
