The room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was great. The hosts were welcoming and happy to help, good knowledge of the local area and beyond, the Guest House was within walking distance of the town, restaurants etc. Good breakfast

Everything was perfect. A lovely place with great hosts. Janet and Stuart made you feel really welcome. Our room had everything you needed..Lovely little extra touches on our arrival included wine and home made cakes. Room was spotlessly clean with ample space and en suite bathroom. A kitchenette with microwave and toaster with all you needed for self catering. We would highly recommend for anyone having a stay in Ambleside. 5 star.

Could not find fault at all.Amazing accommodation.

Location was great, very close to the shops, cafes, bars. Room was lovely, spotlessly clean, gorgeous decor, modern amenities and great attention to details with everything thought of. Complimentary wine and cakes were a lovely touch and a good selection of breakfast.

What an excellent stay at Wordsworth. Janet was a wonderful host and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay. Location was perfect as was the breakfast in the morning. Lovely, clean rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge too. Will be back again and would not hesitate recommending.
