Lyndhurst Hotel

No hot water ,shower door fell off its hinges and hurt my hand ,notv/radio overall not a good hotel and staff had no clue what was going on

Lovely host went above and beyond for us We felt very welcome throughout our stay

Could do with new quilts and pillows Bedding was very clean but quilt very thin due to washing I presume

The only thing we likes about the hotel was the location as it was near everything we needed

The place was an absolute joke we stayed for 3 nights and not once did anyone come near our room to give us fresh towels and take away the towels we used or to give us more toilet roll, on the last day I had to go and ask for some before we left as we had run out and the lady didn't understand what I was saying. There's no room in the bathroom to get ready which isn't ideal if you can't get ready in the room If there's other people there with you. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky and two nights we got hardly any sleep because of other people staying there being loud arguing and kids running about at all hours in the morning and the staff did nothing about it. The owner was never anywhere to be seen to ask if you were happy, I defo wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Location of the hotel was close to the Blackpool pleasure beach The location was also close to the sea front

The beds were marked with dirt and on the final day after telling us she would be there all day so we could pick up our bags after going out, the owner left the hotel and did not tell us so we could not re enter to pick up our bags, this added an extra layer of stress to the end of the holiday

The room was a little unclean dust and bits on the carpets and hairs in the shower
