Lyndhurst Hotel

Was not asked if we wanted a “full english” breakfast let alone what we wanted. Just came out with hotdogs salmonella fried egg cold beans toast with no butter in sight 🙄

The beds were full of bed bugs crawling all over my children stay away at all costs

Staff at the hotel was very polite and tried to accommodate to our needs. Even brought our babies medication upto the room as he knew we needed it for 7am. He was lovely couldn't of asked for a more polite host.

Nothing everything was what we expected. We needed somewhere to sleep and keep property whilst we was in the area.

Warm room decent shower

Having 2 kids under 3 having a room on the top floor was told we’d get balcony we didn’t told we’d have an iron we didn’t

Dangerous, sockets with wires showing too many extensions, out dated, silver fish in shower, dusty,poor decor, unfit furniture and fittings, no key for balcony door(fire hazard).nothing like pics on web page. Breakfast not as shown, frozen/not cooked properly fish fingers served with cold beans,fried egg,toast no full English breakfast.no license bar,poor electric equipment,heating not on til early hours in morning.would NOT recommend staying to anyone, False advertising

The room was very clean, friendly staff who are ready to assist.

The bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. There was no pressing iron for our clothes.

The breakfast was a 10/10 would definitely recommend to a friend and come again. So friendly and helpful staff. Due to having a toddler met all of our needs. Felt like at home!
