Beds had hair in them and 1 towel for 2 guests which was dirty no milk or sugar for drinks furniture falling apart only 2 channels on tv only 1 key for the room which is OK but then couldn't get back in building as needed a separate key very noisy due to it being the owners living quarters above and children banging about all.hours very hot and even the outside main window was put out There no bar area or entertainment as says

Absolutely nothing booked online had confirmation email with pin number was turned away at door being told they had no rooms along with another guy who had same problem with them, definitely not a good way to run a business wouldn't recommend

I didn’t like my stay on that property. The customer service is very poor, when my family arrived on a place he doesn’t attend us first he went to a call and let us for 10 to 20 minutes waiting to give us a bedroom. There was water dripping from the ceiling. The carpets was very dirty, not shower towels.. I went down to the customer service still ask for towels and the guy give me a dirty wet towels.

The carpets was very dirty, not shower towels... I went down to the customer service till ask for towels and the guy wanted to give me a dirty wet towels. Very bad experience.

It was dirty, small. Shower curtain was on the floor. Did not seem like the room that I was expecting. Jug under sink. Marks all over walls. Made my skin crawl. Booked another hotel
