It was advertised as a bed & breakfast. Never received breakfast all doors wer looked. Advertised a a was not licensed so couldn't sell drinks.bathroom lighr didn't work told the manager said would change it. Ne er happened

The staff was very helpful, polite and ready to meet our needs at any moment. The rooms were comfortable for me and my family. I would visit the hotel again

I like everything, my kids had game to play in the facility

The member of staff was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He was such a lovely person and not his fault the room was substandard for the price paid

There was confusion whether I had paid via PayPal or to pay at the property. The room is in desperate need of a refurb but I do believe it had just been taken over by a new owners. I think it should have been a lower charge for the room until the place was up and running.

Breakfast wasn't anything like the picture shown advertised wouldn't recommend

Cleaner facilities there was dust everywhere and Christmas decorations still up and they failed there electric and heating service

The shower was powerful and got very hot, the room itself was nice and big for our family of 5

We had to use hand towels to take a shower as there wasn't enough big towels to accommodate us in our family room, we found fag ends, spliff ends and empty alcohol bottles on our balcony, there was canabis residue under our sheets and a fag was found by the kids bunk bed, breakfast was appalling, it was freezing cold and the kids wouldnt even touch it, it took about 40 minutes for it to come out to us, couldnt accommodate drinks for our children, no juice or water was offered, had to ask for a coffee, we had run out of sugar in our room, he gave us a small plate of what we thought was sugar, but turned out we were given salt, only knowing after we had drank some of our morning coffee, we had to keep ringing the man on the mobile because he was never anywhere to be seen, the bar and lounge door was always shut and locked, there was also a massive hole in the front window where it looked like someone had smashed it in, the man did try and do his best but overall very disappointing
