DO NOT BOOK HERE! Firstly, on our way there on the train 20 minutes before check in we had an email our room had been over booked and we needed to cancel it meaning we’d loose our money. i rang up and asked them the manager told me there’d be a room for us we got to the hotel and was told there were no rooms and only a basement room and we looked at it and this room was filthy no window in there bed looked used already there were wires coming out of the walls i’ll put some pictures in of this room they wanted to put us in we then went back upstairs and asked for our money back they told us they couldn’t give us our money back then another couple came in and they were told the same after a lot of back and forth he pulled out a room key after saying he had no rooms and proceeds to hand the key to the other couple who showed up after us my boyfriend then had to retaliate to get the room that we had already payed for in advance the couple kindly gave us the room we walked in and there was a half smoked cigarette in the bathroom it was very unclean and there was a door in our room to another room and you could hear all the noise from that room all night long there was hardly any ventilation the windows hardly opened. Please save your money and book another hotel.

Shocking drove 1 hour 10 mins for them to tell us and about 3 other couples that there was no rooms but they still took £101 for one room and £96 for another room for our family were still waiting on refund and had to pay for another hotel again so waiting on the refund and not happy at all

10pm l was told to move rooms. A room with no toilet or shower. A family room being shared by another couple to make extra money
