The beds were comfortable.

The front window was smashed. The lights were not working in the hall or dining room. There was one towel in the the Bedroom for a family of five. The breakfast was inedible, cold and one slice of fresh tomato nothing like the picture on the website. There were Christmas decorations up still and a Christmas tree. There was no bar the pool table had rips in it.

We started are travel from birkenhead to spend a night together in Blackpool with my partner when we got half way there we received a text message from the hotel saying that our stay was cancelled due to overbooking, this caused us to turn around and it ruined our bank holiday weekend the only weekend we have to spend together as we both work full time jobs and spend little to no time together as it is very poor and unprofessional
