Didn't stay there I wouldn't be my dogs in it

Not as described by the pictures on your site . front window still smashed as per comments on trip advisor from months ago,on the same site there are pictures showing the accommodation as it is now and it's disgusting and dirty with dangerous electrics which are a fire risk you should address these comments seriously. We attempted to cancel because of this, and we were told we couldn't. When I told them I was not going to pay them, I was verbally abused, and they threatened to send bailiffs they have sent me one email since asking me to change date's .I have not responded to this, and I will not be paying them.. we did speak to you, and you sent them emails asking them to cancel, but they didn't reply to you either .you should not be advertising using the pictures as it is not as described .I am seeking legal advice over this, and your help would be appreciated. Thank you for giving this response your attention. I would appreciate a response in reply. KatePrestidge.

The price, location, helpful staff and quietness.

It is old, and would do with some refurbishment improvement. Also, there could be shower gel available, some bacon for the breakfast
