Bed was very comfortable

No television told managers bed side lamp not working ,shower curtain had to be held up

Did not get there as they. Said it was over booked

Didn't get there they over booked and cancelled

Very relaxing

Bit warm but it’s okay

The host was lovely and helpful. location was good . Lovely shower in the ensuit with easy temperature control. Comfy bed with clean bedding and towels

Nothing as he tried to scam us by cancelling last minute and then asking us to cancel so we would lose our money.

We didn't see inside but the outside looked like a dump with a big hole in the window.

Good point first - Well the room was big ish, Sheets were fresh.

Ok where do we start , I want to be constructive but its very hard as this is the WORSE place I have ever stayed in and I will be contacting booking.com for a refund. So lets go through list 1) NO PARKING - As advertised and asked for , My wife is unwell and she struggles. 2) NO BAR - This was stated in the listing but they ' Do not have a license 3) Smashed front window , Glass still everywhere 4) Pool table was NOT usable AT ALL , Filthy and ripped. 5) Still has Xmas decoration up 5 months after Xmas. 6) No one on reception , Had to call and wait for him to get there. No where to sit properly (Although there is a seat but not a good one) so wife struggled again 7) Room not ready for book in time as we requested. 8) Bathroom was filthy , we did not dare to shower. Round the plug was awful 8) Room was being pasted , Smelt awful. 9) Smoke alarm was completely covered by masking tape and light had tape round the sides. 10) Carpet & curtains were not just dirty they had holes in them. we did NOT remove our shoes. 11) The bed was completely broken. 12) The mattress , OMG we slept in our sloths on the top of the bed , We did not sleep all night it was discussing and smelt awful. In the morning i made the mistake of lifting the bed up and wished I had not !! see the images I have added !! 13) I requested bed and breakfast (Selected on booking.com) and was not it was room only. That was a complete bonus as there would be not chance I would eat there. Someone said there was bugs crawling out of the serial but I didnt see this. We did look though the kitchen door and it was filthy too. 14) Just one poor worker and it looked like he was doing everything , Cleaning , Booking in , Painting and maintenance the lot. The OWNER who was no where to be seen should be discussed with himself for allowing this, It looks to me this place has been board cheap and just opened to generate money when it CLEARLY is not ready. Booking.

It was nice and friendly.

The location walks were too much for me.No problem for younger families.
