Cathy and Kenny are lovely, kind, friendly, polite and helpful . Cathy carried my rather heavy case upstairs for me. Very welcoming. Another lovely thing, a gift bag, this was much appreciated. The fridge is also a good idea. Smashing central location.

Skvělý personál, skvělá lokalita, v hotelu vylo ticho a velmi čisto. Velmi doporučuji a až budu příště v Blackpoolu, budu bydlet znovu a rád tady.

"Perfect hosts, lovely clean hotel which was value for money and perfect location"

Hotel was friendly and welcoming and we got a lovely little gift bag at check in The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including a fridge Perfect location

The bed could do with a new mattress and was a little uncomfortable
