The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Good location - close to the sea front & Blackpool Tower.

Nothing - for the price, it was exactly what we wanted/needed/expected.

Kenny Simon and lovely lady were lovely people they carried our bags up to room and were very polite and wecolming and attentive all of our stay at the galaxy we will return on nxt visit to Blackpool

Owners were incredibly friendly. Room was stunning, very clean and was really big, had plenty of room for the three of us! Had a lovely little gift bag on arrival and owners were very accommodating, thank you!

I honestly liked every single thing the host was unbelievable friendly welcoming accommodating. I have OCD so the fact that the place was so clean and presentable was a bonus for me. Smells good too and received a welcome gift bag

Everything about this place is superb, we use this hotel every time we go to Blackpool, owners are lovely very helpful
