"basic but clean"

basic but clean. nice little gift bag on arrival with tissues, wipes and biscuits. they lent us an umbrella on our evening out as it was raining heavily

I had changed my booking to a twin roon instead of double over a chat and they said it was ok but when we got there the booking hadnt changed to the twin room but they offered a solution of giving us another room for an extra £20 which we did.
