"Unique experience and a hidden gem"

The location, the room, the views, the staff, what is not to like, this really felt like a unique experience, I have stayed many places but this is up there with the very best. The host was so lovely, just that alone makes such a difference, I hope to return one day. I loved seeing the animals too. The breakfast was a 10. What an incredible host. Made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough.

"Fantastic B&B with huge bedrooms, amazing breakfast, super friendly staff & in an awesome location"

Absolutely huge bedroom - so much space. We had a room with a (super?) king bed and a single bed, there were two armchairs, small table for tea tray, we had a travel cot up and there was still bags of room. Made it so comfortable for luggage, moving about etc. Just a really really comfortable room. Bathroom was excellent. Everything was very clean. The staff were amazing - soooo friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was superb. My wee girl loved staying in her first B&B, ordering brekkie night before. Plenty of everything - offering more if looked like you were running out. Very good price. What a location - very close to Edinburgh (about a 20min drive) and absolutely worth it. Amazing grounds with sheep, horses, chickens, goats to look at. Surrounded by the Pentlands. Everything was just lovely. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much and really well done.

Wasn't a dislike but just to make it obvious to others that there are about 4 dogs on site. But the owners are very very good with them and if it looks like you are nervous (my wee girl was) they ensure they aren't about when you are. But just so it's not a surprise!

Quiet and peacful. Lovely pets and animals. Great parking facilities. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Beatifully kept facilities. Very clean and well maintained

There was nothing we didn't like about the facilities or our stay
