Our stay at ”another room” was just wonderful, me and my mum felt so incredibly cared for as they always made sure we had everything we needed and more. You look forward every morning to waking up to eat the wonderful breakfast offered that they so kindly adjust to your needs. When me and my mum had to wake up early to catch a day trip bus the woman of the house was so kind to send us a whole bag of delicious foods and sweets :) During breakfast time we got to hear funny stories and have nice discussions with the lovely owners. The hotel was incredibly cozy and clean and it really felt welcoming. When coming in to our room we were greeted with some bathroom essantials with a basket of sewing thread incase your clothes needed a fix, Along with three folders of different recommendations of resturants and places to visit. Absoloutley no complaints about this place, the owners were the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and we strongly advice to stay at their bed and breakfast for a amazing experience xx Kind regards, Freja and Anne :)

"A really good stay with excellent hosts and a superb breakfast"

Excellent home made and home cooked breakfast ( better than most hotels we’ve stayed in!). The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful. Easy access to Edinburgh with a bus stop directly opposite the property and very regular service, single ticket £2.20 and takes 2O mins.

The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and good bed linen however we did find the bathroom cramped.

"The hosts made this stay exceptional!"

The hosts were exceptional - they made our stay at Another Room a memorable experience. The breakfasts were also fabulous with a grand finale of homemade scones! Yum!

The rooms were very clean! The beds were not my favourite but we are two tall people. It was also a little far from the city centre though once we figured out the transit system and the shortcuts for walking this was fine!

Breakfast fantastic with plenty of choice. Lynne and Rob were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We had no issues - apart from the bathroom being a tad compact. But it wasn’t anything that would stop us going back.
